When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), number of vehicles, vehicle type and any message you provide. When a GoSafe device is installed on your vehicle, we also process GPS location data, trip history and vehicle diagnostic data necessary to deliver the tracking service.
We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, schedule demos and installations, and deliver the GPS tracking, geofencing, driver behaviour and related services you've signed up for. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Location and vehicle data collected through installed devices is shared only with the account holder and the users they authorise (e.g. school transport staff, fleet managers). We may share information with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as SMS/email delivery), under confidentiality obligations.
Trip history and reports are retained on the platform for six months from the date of the trip, consistent with the retention period described on our Products page. Contact form enquiries are retained only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on the enquiry.
Our website may use essential cookies/session data required for features such as the contact form's security check. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below. Fleet/vehicle data tied to an active tracking subscription can be exported or removed on request once the subscription ends.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls on our dashboard and encrypted transmission of location data from tracking devices.
