By accessing gosafetracker.in or engaging GoSafe Tracker for GPS device installation and monitoring, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
GoSafe Tracker provides GPS vehicle tracking hardware installation, along with a software dashboard for live location, geofencing, driver behaviour reports, fuel/temperature monitoring and related fleet management features, as described on our Products and Solutions pages.
Devices are installed by our technicians or authorised partners. You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is made available for installation and servicing as scheduled. Device ownership, warranty and replacement terms will be confirmed at the time of purchase/subscription.
Access to the tracking dashboard requires an active subscription. Pricing is per-vehicle, as discussed during your demo or sales call, with no hidden setup fees. Non-payment may result in suspension of dashboard access; installed hardware and any applicable notice periods will be handled as agreed at signup.
You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to access other customers' data, reverse-engineer the software, or use tracking features to violate the privacy rights of drivers or third parties beyond what is legally permitted for vehicle/fleet monitoring in your jurisdiction.
We aim for high uptime on live signal and dashboard access, but GPS/network connectivity depends on factors outside our control (cellular network coverage, satellite visibility, vehicle wiring). We are not liable for tracking gaps caused by such factors.
GoSafe Tracker provides monitoring and alerting tools to support fleet safety and operations, but does not guarantee prevention of theft, accidents or vehicle damage. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service period, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Haryana having jurisdiction over any disputes.
